This product is used for acute joint inflammation and gout attacks, chronic joint inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis, other inflammatory rheumatic diseases of the ankylosing spinal joint and spine, pain related to degenerative diseases of the joints and spine, soft tissue rheumatism, swelling or inflammation after trauma or surgery.

[untoward effect]
1. Gastrointestinal tract: occasional upper abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, indigestion, flatulence and anorexia.
Rare gastrointestinal bleeding (hematemesis, melena, bloody diarrhea), gastric or intestinal ulcers with or without bleeding or perforation.
2. Central (peripheral) nervous system: occasional headache, dizziness, dizziness. Rare fatigue.
3. Skin: an occasional rash. Rare urticaria.

1. Patients with a known allergy to this product, acetylsalicylic acid, and ibuprofen.
2. Patients with asthma, urticaria or allergic reactions induced after taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
3. The treatment of perioperative pain in coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG) is prohibited.
4. Patients with active gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding, or previous recurrent ulcer / bleeding.
5. Patients with severe heart failure.
