[usage and dosage]
Intramuscular injection or dilution followed by i. v.
1. Adults once in 0.5-1g, once every 6-8 hours 1. The daily dose was 50-100mg / kg in 3-4 doses.
2. Patients with severe renal function impairment need to adjust the dosage dose.

[untoward effect]
1. Gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and pseudomembranous colitis.

4. Serum aminotransferase can be slightly increased.

1. Patients with penicillin allergy and positive penicillin skin test are not allowed.
2. Other β -lactam agents (such as cephalosporins, carbapenems, single-ring β -lactam) with severe rapid hypersensitivity reactions (such as anaphylactam) are prohibited.

1. Penicillin sodium skin test must be done before use, and positive reactions should not be allowed.
2. Patients with infectious mononucleosis are prone to skin rash and should be avoided.
3. Patients with longer treatment courses should be checked for liver and kidney function and blood routine.
4 Amoxicillin can cause a false positive urine glucose test with Benedict or Fehling reagents.
