Main ingredient: The main ingredient of this product is enoxaparin sodium.
Character: This product is a colorless or pale yellow clear liquid.
[indication]
This product may be used to prevent venous embolic diseases especially related to certain procedures. Used in hemodialysis and extracorporeal circulation to prevent thrombosis. Treatment of a deep vein thrombosis. Treatment of acute unstable angina pectoris and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction, together with aspirin.

[usage and dosage]
Subcutaneous medication.
One injection of 150 xa IU / kg or 100 xa IU / kg twice daily. When patients with embolic disease, 100 AxaIU / kg is recommended
[untoward effect]
This product can produce different degrees of adverse reactions, bleeding, petechia and ecchymosis at some injection site, local or systemic allergic reactions, thrombocytopenia, and rare severe rash at the injection site. The tendency to osteoporosis may occur after several months of treatment with this product. Increase the levels of some enzymes in the blood (transaminases).
[taboo]
1. This product is prohibited in the following situations:
(1) allergy to heparin and low molecular weight heparin.
(2) Severe blood coagulation disorder.
(3) A history of thrombocytopenia induced by low molecular weight heparin or heparin (a significant decrease in platelet count).
(4) Active gastrointestinal ulcer or organ damage with bleeding tendency.
(5) Acute infectious endocarditis (endocarditis), except for infections caused by heart valve replacement.
2. This product is not recommended for the following situations:
(1) Severe renal function impairment.
(2) Bleeding stroke.
(3) Ararterial is difficult to control.

[matters need attention]
1. Special warning: Intramuscular administration is prohibited; place away from children.
2. In subarachnoid / epidural anesthesia: as with anticoagulant, in subarachnoid / epidural anesthesia, there are very few reports of permanent paralysis. When the epidural catheter is retained postoperative, the risk of these symptoms may increase. Neurological monitoring must be performed.
