[usage and dosage]
1. Intramuscular injection:
(1) Adult: 600mg once, twice a day.
(2) Children: 10-20mg / kg per body weight, 2-3 injections.
2. Intravenous infusion:
(1) Adults: 600mg once in 100-200ml (not less than 100ml) infusion, intravenous infusion for 1-2 hours (not less than 1 hour), every 8-12 hours.
(2) Children: 10-20mg / kg per body weight, divided into 2-3 injections.
[untoward effect]
1. Gastrointestinal reactions: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms; severe cases include abdominal colic, abdominal tenderness, severe diarrhea (watery or purulent), with fever, abnormal thirst and fatigue (pseudomembranous enteritis); diarrhea, enteritis and pseudomembranous enteritis may occur in the early stage of medication or weeks after withdrawal.
2. Hematological system: leukopenia, neutropenia, neutrophil deficiency and thrombocytopenia may occur occasionally; aplastic anemia is rare.
3. Allergic reaction: rash, pruritus, etc., occasionally urticaria, angioneurotic edema and serum disease reaction; few reports of epidermal shedding, bullous dermatitis, erythema multiforme and S-J syndrome.
4. Hypotension, electrocardiogram changes and even heartbeat and respiratory arrest may occur during the rapid infusion of this product.

Patients with a history of allergy to lincomycin and clindamycin are prohibited.

2. Interference with diagnosis: Serum aminotransferase activity can be increased after medication.
