[usage and dosage]
Intramuscular injection or intravenous drug administration.
1. Preparation of intramuscular injection solution: 3.6ml sterilized water for injection, sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection or 1% lidocaine hydrochloride were added into 1g bottle to make a solution containing 250mg ceftriaxone per 1ml。
2. Preparation of intravenous administration solution: Add 9.6ml of the above-mentioned diluent (except lidocaine) into 1g bottle to make a solution containing 100mg ceftriaxone per 1ml, and then dilute with 5% glucose injection or sodium chloride injection 100-250ml before intravenous infusion。
3. Intramuscular or intravenous infusion is commonly used in adults, 1-2g every 24 hours or 0.5-1g every 12 hours. The highest dose was 4g per day. Treatment course is between 7-14 days.
4. Children commonly receive intravenous infusion, 20-80mg / kg per day.

1. The application of this product to penicillin-allergic patients should be decided after fully weighing the advantages and disadvantages according to the patient's situation. Have penicillin anaphylactic shock or immediate reaction, should not choose cephalosporins again.
2. People with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, especially ulcerative colitis, localized colitis or antibiotic-related colitis (cephalosporins rarely produce pseudombranous colitis) should be used with caution.
3. Cross-allergic reaction: People allergic to one cephalosporin or cephalomycin may also be allergic to other cephalosporins or cephalomycin. People allergic to penicillin, penicillin derivatives or penicillamine may also be allergic to cephalosporins or cephal.
4. The creatinine clearance in patients with renal insufficiency is greater than 5ml / minute, and when the daily application dose is less than 2g, no dose adjustment is required.
5. Interference with diagnosis: false positive reaction in urine glucose by copper sulfate method, glucurase method is not affected; blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine can be temporarily increased; serum bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase can be increased.
