[Composition and traits]
Main ingredients: The main ingredient of this product is dexamethasone.
Characteristics: This product is a suspension of fine particles. After standing, then the fine particles sink and become uniform milky white after shaking.

[indication]
This product is mainly used in allergic and autoimmune inflammatory diseases, such as connective tissue disease, rheumatoid arthritis, severe bronchial asthma, dermatitis and other allergic diseases, ulcerative colitis, acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma and so on.

[usage and dosage]
1. Ininjection: 1-8mg a time, once a day.
2. Intrasheath injection or joint cavity, injury site injection of soft tissue: 0.8-6mg once, once interval of two weeks.
3. Local intradermal injection: 0.05-0.25mg each part, total 2.5mg, once a week.
4. Nasal cavity, larynx, trachea, middle ear cavity, ear canal injection: 0.1-0.2mg, 1-3 times a day.
5. Intravenous injection: generally 2-20mg.

[untoward effect]
A large dose of this product can easily cause diabetes, gastrointestinal ulcer and Cushing-like syndrome, and has a strong inhibitory effect on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis. Concurrent infection was the main adverse reaction.

[taboo]
1. Patients with allergic history of this product and adrenocorticoid drugs are prohibited.
2. Patients with the following diseases should not be used under normal circumstances. Balance the advantages and disadvantages in special circumstances, and attention should be paid to the possibility of deterioration: hypertension, thrombosis, myocardial infarction, gastric and duodenal ulcer, visceral surgery, mental illness, abnormal electrolyte metabolism, and glaucoma.

[matters need attention]
1. Patients with tuberculosis, acute bacterial or viral infection should be used with caution, and appropriate anti-infection treatment must be given when necessary.
2. Use with caution in patients with diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis, liver cirrhosis, poor renal function and hypothyroidism.
