[usage and dosage]
1.Take it orally .
2. Peptic ulcer: 20mg at a time, 1-2 times a day. Once in the morning or once in the morning and evening, gastric ulcer course is usually 4-8 weeks, duodenal ulcer course is usually 2-4 weeks.
3. Reflux esophagitis: 20-60mg once, 1-2 times a day. Once in the morning or once in the morning and evening, usually for 4-8 weeks.
4. Zhuo-AIDS syndrome: 60mg once a day, the total daily dose can be adjusted to 20-120mg according to the condition, if the total daily dose exceeds 80mg, it should be divided into two doses.

[untoward effect]
The common adverse reactions of this drug are: headache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain and abdominal distension. Occasionally, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, sleep disturbance, paresthesia, rash, itching, urticaria, and abnormal liver function test were seen.

1. Patients with allergy to this product, patients with severe renal insufficiency and infants are prohibited.
2. Like other proton pump inhibitors, omeprazole should not be combined with azanavir.
