This product is suitable for sensitive Gram-negative bacteria caused by sepsis, lower respiratory system infection, abdominal and biliary system infection, complex urinary tract infection and severe skin and soft tissue infection. It is particularly suitable for immunocompromised infections caused by multiple drug-resistant gram-negative bacilli, Nosocomial infections and central nervous system infections caused by gram-negative bacilli or pseudomonas aeruginosa are particularly applicable.

[usage and dosage]
Intravenous injection or i. v.
1.Septicemia, lower respiratory system infection, biliary system infection, etc. 4-6g daily, divided into 2-3 injections, the course of 10-14 days.
2. Urinary tract infection and severe skin and soft tissue infection, divided into 2 injections, the course of 7-14 days.
[untoward effect]
The adverse effects of this product are rare and mild. A few patients experienced rash, itchy skin, drug fever; nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain; mild phlebitis at the injection site.

Allergy to cephalosporin antibiotics are prohibited.

1. Cross-allergic reaction: People allergic to one cephalosporin or cephalomycin may also be allergic to other cephalosporins or cephalomycin. People allergic to penicillin, penicillin derivatives or penicillamine may also be allergic to cephalosporins or cephal.
2. People with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, especially ulcerative colitis, localized colitis, or antibiotic-related colitis, should be used with caution.

4. Interference with diagnosis: the direct antiglobulin test can be positive; the copper sulfate test can be false positive.
