Take it orally.
Adult dosage: 0.5-1.5g a day, divided to 2-3 times.

1 Gastrointestinal reactions are common and can present as abdominal discomfort or pain, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting.
2. Central nervous system reactions can include dizziness, headache, drowsiness, or insomnia.
3. Allergic reaction: rash, itchy skin, occasionally exudative erythema multiforme and angioneurotic edema can occur, and a few patients have photosensitive reaction.

1. As E. coli is to fluoroquinolones, urine culture samples should be kept before administration and medication should be adjusted according to the bacterial drug susceptibility results.
2. Crystallization can occur when high-dose application or urine pH value is above 7. In order to avoid the occurrence of crystalline urine, it is advisable to drink more water and maintain the urine volume above 1200ml for 24 hours.
3. In patients with renal function decline, the drug dose should be adjusted according to the renal function.
