[usage and dosage]
1. Hypoprothrombinemia: intramuscular or deep subcutaneous injection, 10mg each time, 1-2 times a day, the total amount should not exceed 40mg within 24 hours.
2. Prevention of neonatal bleeding: 2-5mg to the mother 12-24 hours before delivery. It can also be 0.5-1mg intramuscular or subcutaneous in the newborn and reproducible after 8 hours.
3. When this product is used in severe patients, the administration rate should not exceed 1mg / minute.

[untoward effect]
Occasionally, I can see an allergic reaction. Static injection is too fast, more than 5mg / minute, can cause facial flushing, sweating, bronchospasm, tachycardia, hypotension, etc., there have been reports of rapid intravenous injection of death. Intramuscular injection can cause local redness and pain.

2. This product is ineffective against the bleeding tendency caused by heparin. It is not necessary for traumatic bleeding.
3. This product should be used for intravenous injection, and the administration speed should not exceed 1mg / minute.
4. This product should avoid freezing. If the oil is precipitated or layered, it is not suitable to use, but can be heated to 70-80℃ under light conditions, shake its natural cooling, if the clarity is normal, it can continue to use.
